  • 1 cup 1 hung yogurt – I use 2% Fage
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • A pinch of saffron threads
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
Steps to Make the Yogurt Fruit Dip

    Prepare the Saffron: Soak the saffron threads in a tablespoon of warm water for about 10 minutes to release their color and flavor.

    Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the hung yogurt, cardamom powder, grated nutmeg, and brown sugar. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
