Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

Add the green beans to the skillet and stir fry for 5–7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) over the green beans, stirring to coat them evenly.

Season the dish with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) for extra flavor.

Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.

Serve hot as a side dish or over steamed rice for a complete meal.
